I’m Naoki Takenoshita, a Massachusetts-based filmmaker and MIAA-approved independent media member.

Originally from Japan, my background spans global sports and street culture, including experience with Reebok and helping build Flight Club, one of the first sneaker consignment businesses in the U.S.

Today, my work is much closer to home. I’m raising two sons who are deeply involved in sports—skateboarding, basketball, football and lacrosse—and like many parents, I’m supporting them as they chase opportunities at the next level, including college athletics.

Being around youth and high school sports every day, I understand how competitive it has become—and how important it is to capture the right moments, not just for recruiting, but for the memories that last beyond the game.

My approach is simple: show up, work hard, and deliver something that people are proud to watch.

Rain or shine, hot or cold, I’m there—often pulling up in my vintage Volvo 240 with the latest Sony camera gear—ready to capture the game as it unfolds.

I focus on creating cinematic, honest content that helps athletes stand out—while preserving the moments families will look back on for years to come.
